 Taste the wilderness canoe tripping experience by paddling and portaging through Ontario's famous Algonquin Park. Try a weekend in North America's most accessible wilderness canoe tripping area! All-inclusive package lets you enjoy two days with an experienced, personable guide, excellent food and high-quality lightweight equipment. Tremendous wildlife viewing: moose, loons, beaver, howling wolves and more! Overnight accommodation provided the night before the trip. Trips depart from our Oxtongue Lake base, a three-hour drive north of Toronto. Public transportation is available to nearby Huntsville we can arrange transport from there. The trip involves paddling, portaging and staying one night on a wilderness campsite. Previous canoeing experience not required but participants should have a good fitness level. Open to individuals, couples and small groups. Available most weekends. |
