Darren Bush, the host for this DVD, has been in a solo canoe for much of the past 20 years. His skill and expertise combine to show canoeists, regardless of experience, how they can start enjoying a solo canoe. The DVD is packed with live, on the water examples of J-strokes, C-strokes, braces, draws, pries, and more. Darren is wearing a wireless microphone, so you can hear him explain his technique as he is actually demonstrating it out on the water in front of our camera. Sitting, kneeling, balancing, and getting in and out of a canoe are covered as well.
