The day began early. The Maui forecast favorable. By 10 the seas were 15' following and 40 knot gusts. As I beached at the Big Island, I raised my paddle overhead. The sun on my back cast a victorious silhouette on the beach. The Paddler was born. Sterling Silver pendant designed by Rik Pauli in Northern Wisconsin.
