Is my credit card secure? Paddling.net uses the latest technology in security to ensure that your financial information is fully protected. All information is transmitted via a secure connection to our credit card processor.

Can I pay by check or money order? We do offer payment by money order; however it takes up to seven additional days for your order to ship. To pay by money order, please add items to your cart and continue to the page titled "Confirm Items for Purchase" (before clicking on "continue to payment") Print that page and send it along with your money order to:

Shipping

How much will shipping cost on my order? That depends on the overall weight of your package. The shipping cost is calculated before you complete your order.

How will my order be shipped? Paddling.net uses the US Postal service to ship 99% of the orders. Occasionally, large orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx.

When will my order be shipped? Orders are shipped Monday-Friday within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If items you ordered happen to be out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours.

How long will it take to receive my order after it has shipped? Paddling.net sends all of its orders from its headquarters in Michigan.

Canadian Orders

Paddling.net is based in Michigan but will gladly ship orders to Canada.

Will I have to pay duty on my order? The Canada Border Services Agency is the best source for information on this topic. http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/import/postal-postale/duty-droits-eng.html

How long will it take to receive my order after it has shipped? Paddling.net sends all of its orders from its headquarters in Michigan and normal shipping time is 7-10 days to Canada (depending on international customs).

International Orders

Unfortunately, Paddling.net is not able to send orders outside of the U.S. and Canada at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

Return/Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. DVD's can only be returned if un-opened. Defective DVD's will be replaced with the same product. For orders older than 30 days please contact orders@paddling.net for return authorization.
