Summary: My Dad built me this board 2 years ago and I love it. It is beautiful and is great for touring very stable and can really go if you want it to. I have entered multiple races including 2k sprints and 17k long distance. Quick turns are a little trickier due to the need of wax at back but could be my skill level also. Good all around board mine weighs 32 lbs. Cubby up front is life saver for shoes and phone.
Pros: Smooth ride on the lake ,stability with speed, a cubbie to keep stuff dry
Cons: Wood board requires maintenance. (So beautiful though)
Usage: I use for flat to light chop on the lake, exercise, training for races
