Summary: My first new board. Like that it is stable And glides across the water. Gave me confidence when I out on the water, no fear of falling off.
Pros: Like the deck pad and the design of the board. Like the protective guards on the board. And the straps on the front of the board are a huge plus. It's so stable out on the water, yet very fast. Turns well also. This board is great for a passenger or the family dog.
Cons: Didn't care for the small single fin. My other board has a longer fin. But is something easy to over look.
Usage: Mainly on lakes , long rides, but will try on the rivers very soon

Summary: My wife and I tried sup boarding for the first time and were given the Lake SUP 12s to paddle. We both were amazed at the stability these boards provided. We had no instruction, but we both were able to stand up and have an hour of fun. These boards are very forgiving and allowed us to leave wanting more, more, more.
Pros: We really liked the stability and ease of control.
Usage: We were just out enjoying the beauty of Puget Sound.

Summary: Very stable, moderately fast, pretty light. Good beginner to novice board. Very fun on flatwater for casual cruising or even fishing. Would recommend as a first board or family recreational board.
Pros: Light enough. Looks good. Fun and not sluggish. Good value.
Cons: Not super durable but easy to repair. Can't really swap out fins.
Usage: Recreation, program use, teaching, general cruising.

Summary: Rented the Liquid Shredder on Lake Union as a beginner and made my first SUP experience amazing.
Pros: Easy to start on and worked well on the flat lake water
Cons: The only I don't love about the Liquid Shredder was their logo
Usage: Touring the lake

Summary: I was a bit reluctant to try sup boarding, as I'm in my early 50's, but am really glad I did. I was given the Liquid Shredder Lake SUP 12' and was able to stand within a few minutes. I was really doing well until a seaplane took off right next to me and sent a 1 foot tsunami my way. I panicked, and you know the rest of the story. The Lake SUP 12' was a perfect fit for my first attempt.
Pros: I loved the stability the Lake SUP 12 offered. It was easy to paddle and let me feel like I was in control of the board, rather than the board being in control of me.
Cons: The only con I had was that my hour went by too quickly.
Usage: I was out on Lake Union in Seattle, WA. just cruising along enjoying the beautiful morning.

Summary: My wife, son, and I paddled the Lake SUP 12' last weekend. It was the first time for both my wife and me, and we aren't kids. My wife is in her early 50's, and I am 64. We had a blast. We both got up right away and found the ride to be quite stable. The only time my wife fell in was when a seaplane took off and sent a 1' wake her way.
Pros: Very comfortable and stable. We got up right away and felt more at ease in no time.
Cons: I can't think of anything I didn't like about the board.
Usage: We were just taking a leisurely paddle in a lake.
