Summary: LOVE THE BOARD. I am a 54 yr old woman . was introduced to paddleboarding in Hawaii. Bought one here at home in Humboldt County Northern Caifornia... Pros: stability.. design... hatches, can sit and kayak, stand and paddle or kneel, as if i'm in an outrigger canoe! Cons: TOO HEAVY for me to handle on and off car alone. Do not own carrier...It's really large for a carrier.. is one made for it? Need help to carry it to water. WISH SKAG WAS RETRACTABLE. when i pick up speed paddling, water can wash over nose of board.. hard to stay dry ... and we need wetsuits around here.. Usage: lagoon, lake, sloughs, bay exercise touring |
