Summary: I love my Cruiser SUP. I have always been an outdoor enthusiast but, as I've aged, my participation in water sports declined due to numerous reasons: Swimming required the water to be warm enough. My back hurt to sit for long periods of time in a canoe or kayak. Water skiing and wake boarding requires a high speed boat, 2 other persons and a younger body. Motor boats disturb the serenity of the natural setting and are expensive to run and maintain. The paddle board was the perfect solution and now I spend more enjoyable time on the water. I can get a workout or just have a relaxing paddle with my SUP Pup as my hood ornament (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vedshYN3X4c).
Pros: Stable enough for Yoga, bass fishing and sharing with my dog Del (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vedshYN3X4c) If you can stand,kneel, or sit, you can paddle board!
Cons: You have to buy two boards if you want to share the experience with a friend!
Usage: Yoga, relaxation, fishing, I also carry a collapsable Kayak paddle and sit and paddle it like a kayak.

Summary: My previous pelican SUP left my feet numb, I resorted to gel inserts on my keens. I tried my twin sisters Cruiser Yoga Mat board and found it far more comfortable on bare feet and the rest of my body. So, my husband bought me the same board for Christmas. My sister and I will be quite the sighting this coming summer dressed alike while paddling and doing yoga on identical boards. I can't wait for the ice on our lake to open, I have a wet suit so I will be out there showing off my new board as soon as I can.
Pros: This yoga board is so stable that we are able to bring our very well behaved British Labradors on the front of this board, even on the river. I could not do this on my other Pelican board because the dog felt like he was slipping.
Cons: We only weigh about 113, so I wouldn't mind the board being even a little lighter for lifting above head onto car rack.
Usage: I live on a lake and paddle on quiet mornings or evenings for excersize. I found this has strengthened my core significantly, helping relieve my lower back pain typical for a woman in mid 50s. I find it works better than Pilates, yoga alone, PT, and chiropractic. There is something about balance combined with twist and bend that is the perfect combination for me. My arms look buff and I enjoy the excercise so much more when I am outside in nature.

Summary: I purchased this board online and it took 40 days to receive. I am experienced in yoga and an a avid surfer and there is no way that I can use this board to do yoga and I am only 105lbs.
Pros: Price seemed good but the board is unusable for yoga which was the sales pitch toe.
Cons: Completely unusable for yoga even though I am experienced and 105lbs

Summary: I bought my Yoga board last summer. What a great investment.
Pros: It handles great and glides through the water perfectly. Still working on the yoga part, but comfortable when I do. I like the weight for carrying as well. Definitely recommend it.
Usage: exercise, touring and enjoying a scenic paddle
