Description:
Me and a friend made this drive from Baton Rouge, LA which was about 7 hrs and it was well worth it. The water was only running at 2200 but it still had nice class 2s through out the trip. The scenery offered us beautiful displays all down the river. The coosa (at this level)would be great for beginners or people looking to relax.
The thing I enjoyed the most was the incredibly nice people we met the trip. If you don't have your own kayak see Chris at coosa river adventures.
