A Northern Ontario Canoeing Gem
Woodland Caribou Provincial Park is over 1.2 million acres of pristine wilderness that has never been logged. Similar to the Boundary Waters and Quetico this park is composed of lakes too numerous to mention connected by short portages. On our trip however we saw no other canoeists and had most of the lakes to ourselves. If you haven't been there you owe it to yourself to visit. If you have been there, I'm sure you'll be back.
