Description:
Was on the water about 7:30 am, it was like glass, not a soul at the boat launch when I got there or when I left.
Saw 3 different kinds of hawks, lots of turtles, swans and a couple of herons. It was very relaxing and quiet, saw a couple people catching fish.
I will be going back, great way to spend a day. Wind or current were no problem.

Directions:
I took Hwy 2 out of Hartford east to 395 north, to exit 84 for Jewett City route 12 and went north. Followed 12 to Quinebaug Camp Road, turn left, feel low that to Arbor Rd, turn left, about 50 yards on the right is a place you can put in.
