Tippecanoe River State Park to Winamac
Absolutely gorgeous stretch of river with lots of wildlife. Blue herons, turtles, etc. The water was clean and clear enough to see the bottom in several feet of water. VERY beautiful trip.
The canoe service was fantastic and very friendly.
Unfortunately, there are some careless gunmen in the area. We actually heard a bullet whiz by our heads and hit the far bank. A very serious safety concern, and will prevent me from ever taking this stretch of the river again.
