Brazos River - from Whitney to Waco
Here is a place to put in and take out between Whitney and Waco where FM 2114 crosses the road. You can pay to park or even rent them there with a drop off and pickup service.
It is about 8 miles down from Whitney Dam and cuts almost in half an otherwise very long trip from Whitney to Waco - too long for one day unless there is an unusually high river flow.
