Very peaceful river with clear water, shallow at points and never over 10ft deep.
Few small rapids and many sandbars to camp out on.

Directions:
hwy 49so to Magee, MS turn right on hwy28 pass through Pinola then you're at the bridge. Put in there at the bridge and if you want to get out before you hit the Pearl get out on 478.
