Looking for information on the Altamaha River. Planning a @75-mi trip from Lumber City to Jesup (tentatively) in mid-March. Water levels? Difficulty? Camping spots along the way? Contacts who might have info? I'd appreciate any information you have. Thanks!

enough that you can pre-scout some campsite options. River has been relatively low lately, leaving more sandbars, but we often get a lot of rain in Feb. and March.
