I usually do a few minutes of announcements for my listeners before the topic, very common for podcasts.

Its kinda like a radio show that is an mp3 file, you can download it in Itunes and or on your local computer and put it on your ipod or listen to it on your computer or android or iphone.

Stay away jack don't get caught in the itunes vortex. It's a lifetime of equipment replacement and broken ipods.
