I was wondering if anyone here has done any of the sections. I decided that I am going to do the full 631 miles and was going to see if I could get any pointers.

It looks like a great route with lots of potential other side trip...i was looking at that as part of a huge paddle across the country and a person could spend a 1000 miles worth of paddling around alabama waiting for the snow to melt in the northland before heading that way...good luck and go for it...post your photos.

Thanks for the info. I really am excited about this. I just need a new kayak now. I would love to get some media attention for this to show how much there is to do here in alabama

I'm not sure which one is good or maybe both?

He's the man. He can answer all your questions. Now, he's pretty outrageous and it got him banned from p-net, but I consider him a good friend and he knows his paddling.
