According to this the liveries have been threatened with punitive action if they put anyone on the river. Does that mean if they allow people to camp and/or launch/land privately they'll be punished? Certainly seems plausible. Furthermore, the article states that even "rivers that flow through" national parks are off limits. Does that mean if we float by Pultite someone will come drag us off the river?
