I see you mention FL springs

I grew up in FL. This winter my wife and I paddled our canoe in the Everglades and Juniper springs. We also did some kayaking on the Suwannee River a year ago. I am hoping to go back again this year. If your wife wants to paddle with you here in SC I have access to another sea kayak.

The salt marsh is a protected coastal paddle and Capers Island is about a 6 mile marsh paddle. Be aware that there can be some strong winds at times, and it is a good idea to paddle with the tide just like paddling down stream rather than up stream.
