I will be starting the labor day weekend near Nockamixon state park in Pa, then headed north west after labor day to letchworth state park in new york spend a couple days there and finally headed to pymatuning state park. Anyone have suggestions of some must see flat water spots? Also if anyone wants to paddle on pymatuning or on Conneaut lake please let me know. I will be staying on the north end of pymatuning.

A paddle around Clark Island in northern Pymatuning is always a good trip. I did it last Tuesday and saw 8 eagles.

Thank you duckhunter, I will be putting in at Alcatraz boat launch, so I will paddle around Clark. The last time I was there I just hugged the shore past Wilson boat launch to black jack swamp. I only saw a young eagle that day so I am hoping to see some adults this trip.

Lake Wilhelm is one of the most bird rich lakes in western PA and not far from Pymatuning. It has a large osprey population and the young are now learning to fish. There is also a good eagle population.

but I have never stopped. I see that there are some non motorized boat launches in the game land area. I will have to check it out. Thank you again.
