Mick is the one that got me addicted to shorter paddles. I had this as a "Backup" to my older one. When I paddled the Mohawk Solo 14, the Sawyer Autumn Mist and the Monarch it was perfect. My Zavs and the Mitchell are only 50" paddles. Also good for a sitting paddler in something like a Wenonah Vagabond. I swear, it's a great paddle for a sitting paddler in a solo boat. Who says "Bigger is better" (LOL)!
