I will be in Jacksonville, FL for a couple of weeks in late January and in West Central FL for a couple more in February. Looking for people to kayak with and suggestions for places to go! Beginner to intermediate. Calm rivers, lakes, streams, marshes, etc. Open to suggestions! Pouring over Sandy Huff's book at the moment!

west central Florida. We live in Leesburg, which is about as central as can be. Lots of great paddling trips on the gulf coast.

Even though it is titled "paddle Trips in the Florida Keys" there are some good ones in central Florida.
One in particular that you should treat yourself to when you are in west central Florda is the "three sisters Springs".
You can swim with the manatees or just sit in your kayak and let them swim around you
