is good for easy parking and launching. It's about five miles or so to Pt Loma from there. How far are you inclined to paddle? While I'm never sure about my schedule if you want some company you can let me know when you may be around and maybe we can have a group. Another common trip is from Mission Bay to Shelter Island in SD Bay. Most do this as a car shuttle though I'm not as much a fan of all that extra driving around.
