HELP - water off Oct 15th

We just had our planning meeting for our Ozark trip to be held Oct 13-20.
My friend Al said that the Park Service sent an email to all the outfitters that water would be shut off at the Ozark campgrounds effective October 15th. I assume this also means no showers or flush toilets.
I seem to recall in the past that one or more times someone in our group had managed to get them to leave the water and showers on until after the Rendezvous.
If any of you have influence with them, now is the time to use it.
