I think Kim did a 90 mile stretch on the Current a couple of years ago. You might check with her where she put in and took out.
Terry (wildernesswebb) has been paddling from Cedar Grove down even in this low water year. I would think that above Cedar Grove the river would be too low, especially for a boat laden with camping gear.
The Eleven Point was low but doable a few weeks ago below Greer Spring, which is at river mile 16.6 on this map:

From Greer down to the highway 142 bridge is a little less than 28 river miles, but of course you can go further downstream if you like. The Spring River (fed by Mammoth Spring in Arkansas) has some nice Class II ledge drops. It isn't terribly far away, especially from the Eleven Point. You might not want to do it in a composite canoe (although I did).
At the Rendezvous most people base camp and do day trips. The section of the river above and below Pulltite campground tends to have access points about 9 river miles apart, so most day trips are either 9 or 18 miles.
