Hello everyone I am new here. I baught my kayak more than a month ago and use it everyday in the hudson. Just about everyday i launch off from a park in Nyack New York in Rockland County new york and it is not a far paddole over to the tanpanzee bridge, and if fun to travel along side of. Some days the water is very fun and choppy and some days it is like glass. Very rarely have there been white cap style waters. I expeirenced one of those time and it was the third day after i baught it and only my 3rd ride. ever since then i have been searching for rough waters like that. if anyone around these two countys know any good choppy sections or would even want to go kayaking, just respond back
