My cousin called me last night to tell me that they are trying to set a worlds record for kayaks in the bay this Labor Day.

I didn't see any other reference to it here, but I might have not looked at paddling.net every day.

It's a beautiful place to be when the weather is lovely.

Who is going? We're new to kayaking and thought this sounded fun and a good way to meet other kayakers.

Count me in. I would also like to meet up with other paddlers. It's only about a 2 hour trip for me.
