Hi all!

I recently moved to Kalamazoo and am hoping to get my 'sea' legs back. I'm looking for a kayak partner to launch onto the Lake from Benton Harbor, South Haven, etc. If there is anyone in the area and interested let me know!

Edit: Seeing as most of the other listing had this, I'm a upper 20s male.

I'm also new to the area, and just got into canoeing.

Could anyone give me suggestions on where I could canoe? I live along the St. Joseph river between St. Joseph and South Bend, and thought that might be an interesting spot.

I'm looking for something for me and my wife, and 2 year old. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I take it Lake Michigan would be a bad idea.

I'd also enjoy any ideas that might be elsewhere--within a few hours drive or so, or maybe even a yearly trip up to the UP or something.

Again, most of what I'm seeing is for kayaks, so if there is anything family friendly and Canoes, I'd love to hear them.

Lansing Oar and Paddle Club - we are a little farther away, but we do have a number of family and canoe friendly paddles.
