Hey everyone. I'm relatively new to the board. Last year I posted for some help about a story I'm adapting for the screen about 2 paddlers who get stuck on an eerie (haunted) island.
Well, now I'm looking for some paddlers with a lot of experience who would be interested in being in such a movie. I'm planning on shooting at the end of August in the Wisconsin area. I'm not stuck on Wisconsin though, definitely willing to branch out.
The fact is me and my fellow filmmaker are inexperienced as far as canoeing goes and we're looking for two experienced people to help make this movie what it needs to be.
Basically what we want to do is plan a 5-7 day trip along a river, documenting the trip and shooting some planned/scripted stuff along the way. Don't worry, you do not need to be an actor for this part. We just have to be interested in your look and you just need to be confident in your abilities. We are open to the possibility of this movie taking placed during a trip you might have planned already.
