Upper Delaware River between NY/PA

Conditions on the UDR are going to be very bad this year so I'm heading out early. Anybody interested is a WEEKDAY paddle in class I and II with easy access and easy to get to? Can be long or short trips or just park and play in lively water. Water temps are in the 40s righ now but overnight lows are expected to be above freezing with daytime highs in the 50s.
