I'd planned to camp out on top of NH's Mt. Osceola this weekend. Today, I confirmed my friend had to cancel our trip to NH. Oh, what to do? I came home and told Mrs. Booz I wanted to dry run a recipe for the pot luck. She is only too glad to let me cook. Mushroom-Artichoke in Pesto over spaghetti noodles. Came out well, and I hope it will meet the standard of culinary mastery typical of the pot luck. So, I know what to cook. What boat? ~~Chip
