Basically this event is held at Seven Points Campground operated by the US Army Corps of Engineers, at Raystown Lake in central Pennsylvania: http://raystown.nab.usace.army.mil/Camping/seven_points_camp.htm
The Paddlers typically stay on the Senioa Loop at that campground: http://raystown.nab.usace.army.mil/Camping/senoia_camp.htm
You can share a campsite. I recall you can have two vehicles and two tents at each site. The "town" nearest to the campground is Hesston PA.
There is no rigid agenda. Show up when you want, leave when you want, paddle if and when you want.
