that looked like it was a fun day ......

...... Mar.17 this year we checked out one of our favorite largemouth haunts ... we expected it to be right on target ... it was .

The Largmouth we hit there looked pretty much just like the action in your vid. , one right after the other , all hefty size like in the vid. .

We were using purple plastic worms and Yum 3-1/2" Crawbugs ... caught one big Smallmouth , never expected that because all the smallies in this place disappeared years ago , so that was a neat thing to see again . I figure 13 hefty Largemouth that day , but we expected it cause that's what happens there during that time .

As dark began to show up and we began heading back in taking a couple more here and there ... 3 different times a huge Largemouth broke water (jumped) just aways from us as to say ... ha ha ha you missed me !!! I call them the laughing Bass because they are making fun and laughing at us as we are leaving .

The thing I liked most about that vid. is that it was "top water" action ... top water is extra exciting when it's on like that !!

I don't think there's a fisher person out there that wouldn't get that little extra zing thrill from top water strikes .
