The Potomac kayaks I've seen are not ones I'd want to paddle. If we're talking about the low cost sit-in two part kayaks welded together at a seam, I'd recommend that it wouldn't be very durable. Instead, spend just a little, bitty bit more and buy a Swifty. As far as I'm concerned, that's the best bargain in small recreational kayaks going.

If we're not talking about the same Potomac model kayaks, ignore my advice.
