Dear Big D, Looks like there is enough rain coming over the next couple of days to render all rivers and streams too high to mess with for most folks. They certainly won't be fishable. There is a heavy swath of rain coming to the mid-Atlantic and North East States. The last I looked said to expect 6 to 10 inches of rain over the next 3 days in central PA. Unless there is a gigantic tarp over VA you should be getting it too. Spring fishing in PA was pretty much a washout this year, looks like the Fall is setting up to repeat that.
