Missing kayaker in my neck of the woods. He is missing from John U. Lloyd State Park

apparantly the location.. Without the link I would have had no idea of where "your neck of the woods" was.

Sad..but a 12 foot kayak to me is not an ocean kayak..perhaps there was heavy breaking surf or rip currents.

Not able to tell where the problem occurred - but if they only found the kayak that could mean he was wearing his diving gear and something happened during the dive.

Lots 12' sit on tops are quite capable of paddling in huge surf and winds.

It's most likely he had some sort of problem while diving. It happens a lot here .

The missing paddler has been located, deceased. Found in the water. Unknown if he has in his kayak or just in the water.
