Janet Moreland arrived at the Gulf of Mexico today at 3:30 Central Dec 5th, having departed from the utmost source of North America's Longest River System!
High in the Centennial mountains of Montana of April 27th Janet skied into the Source of the Missouri River....... 223 days later and 4800 Miles Janet became the first Woman and also the First American to travel the 4th Longest River system in the world!!!!! ( This route was only complete by two others, both men, the first from Australia, the other a Canadian)
The paddling community salutes you!!!!!!
Paddling history is made everyday...some just go big!!!!

. . . the entire length of the Missouri from its source at Brower's Spring, Montana. Moreland skied and biked well over the first hundred miles before putting in to paddle at Clark Canyon dam.
