My wife has always made a great lasagna using several different cheeses. I became lactose intolerant at about 50.It has been a LONG wait but there are now lactose-free cheeses.
She made a lasagna today just for me.I could not stop eating it until I was way past full.It was worth being completely stuffed.
It looks like it will be warm enough to paddle some of it off this weekend.

diet, not my wife's lasagna. All those years with no dairy have certainly limited my caloric input.

Lasagne is the world's most perfect food according the Garfield. After all he was born in the kitchen of Mamma Leoni's Italian Restaurant in New York City. At least that is, according to Wikipedia.
