  Headwaters Paddle

Has anyone ever heard of a company called "Headwaters" that makes kayak paddles? I bought a used Perception Dancer which came with a newer looking paddle that seems to be fiberglass with a carbon fiber shaft, but I'm not sure. I'd like to find more info on it or the company. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Perception product called "Headwaters". The shaft is black, but it is probably fiberglass, not carbon. The blade is fiberglass. It's a decent paddle, but not up to current standards.

Use it until it threatens to fail, then look at Werner and Mitchell.

Yes, looking at it again the shaft is definitely not carbon fiber. Thanks for the info!
