I repaired an Old Town Penobscot Discovery 174 poly canoe that was much worse, with areas of the outer solid poly not just split, but gone in areas up to 4 inches wide over 3-4 feet of the hull at both stems, and extensive erosion of the foam core. Less than $50 of G Flex, along with some silica powder, graphite powder, fiberglass and Dynel cloth was enough for the job.

Of course, I got that canoe for free.

I still think I might have overpaid, though.
