Leaky boots

Neoprene boots are waterproof.
You have a hole somewhere.
Fill the boot with water and hold it up.
Let it dry thoroughly, then patch with Aqua Seal (Dive shops) or Amazing Goop" (Home Depot).
It's an easy fix.
