I applaud this information as healthier for the planet and our bodies. I write as a vegetarian/vegan for 25 years and a kayaker for even longer.
Vegetarian animals have several physical characteristics in common; we have the ability to chew our food side to side, we have a LONG intestine to maximize the absorbtion of plant protien, have teeth designed to chew food thoroughly, we have an
ALKALINE constitution to our system, and with apes and humans fingers for picking our food. Carnivorous animals are the opposite; chew food ONLY up and down,
sharp angular teeth for ripping and tearing flesh,a SHORT intestine (to expel the dead consumed meat QUICKLY so it will not putrify), and an ACIDIC constitution for their body (perfectly harmonious for their massive consumption of acidic animal protien.
Guess which the human body was designed for? our body
is vegetarian/herbivorous regardless of what we have been brainwashed to believe we should eat--meat.
Change your health! try consuming only plant foods
in a balanced diet for 60 days, see how your energy
and body feel. At best try to eat 50% of your foods in a raw state like salads, fruit, fresh juices...I also suggest becoming GLUTEN FREE AND DAIRY FREE AS WELL. The only milk we were designed to drink is our species, human mothers milk (not the milk of another species. I am happy to hear comments,
