Back Deck re entry

The text of this article is excellent and it highlights many important details of climbing into ones cockpit from the back deck of their kayak.
There is a a terrible error in the photograph however. The capsizee is shown to have their paddle floating about loosely in the water. Perhaps the paddle is tethered, but unless it is, it would most certainly go missing. Just a thought for anyone looking at the image and planning their re entry.
