Jerry,

I haven't suffered through this; the Houston economy is still humming and my company still going strong. I do offer my best wishes to you and hope you do land that 'once in a lifetime' catch.
I enjoy reading your column, and take the wisdom as I can. I enjoy fishing from kayak and canoe, as well as from the bank, and use it both as relaxation, re-creation, and for serenity. I have also used it as a 'carrot' in helping me to get certain projects done, as in putting off the fishing trip until xxxx is competed. I am now finding that I need some fishing/paddling time even when my projects are not yet done!
