  Late Season Layering

Good article and suggestions for outdoor activities, but not for paddling. Layering isn't going to help much in cold water....

Great Products from the Buyers' Guide:

First Need Purifier

Rapids J-Rack

Kong Cable

Bug Shelters

Custom Greenland Paddles

  layering question

You're right. I actually wrote a detail article on that for Rapid's Kayak magazine. Fir this piece I was keeping it simple - layering for general outdoor activities (basically without any risk of falling into the water)

  Feet???????

Layering all parts of the body, but no mention of feet?????

Especially important for paddling!

I am interested in what other folks are doing in a situation where you are almost guaranteed to get your feet wet in cold water and cold air, then not using them as you might hiking.
