When baking yeast breads, I find that a warm sun shower does wonders during the rising process. On cloudy days, my wife and I bring the dough into the sleeping bag with us and let it rise using body heat. We use both reflector and outback ovens. Our favorite is pizza in the outback oven. We make it on a day where we get to camp early and can afford the 1 hour rise time.
