Stating that being naked is against the law is not correct.
Not all places are suitable for being naked but as the author of the article says: away from other's personal space and away from other campers.
Being naked in a National Park or Forest away from others is not against the law. If somebody happens to come by it's their bad (?) luck.
Honestly, people need to loosen up a bit.
On my extensive outdoor pursuits it was refreshing to see that usually around natural hot springs the obsessive Puritanism is not galloping.
Lighten up America. It's good for the soul...
