is one of my favourite OTC medications.... get the rapid dissolve in your mouth variety - onset is quicker (not fast, but quicker than the capsule). I always carry it. It is also good for nausea.... yeah, it might make ya sleepy - but it works. Albuterol inhaler is a good idea, too. So .... don't forget to include it in your kit :)
