I would add inhaled irritants. IE. Some people are allergic to shell fish and the air around them. Clarenville had a medical emergency on the water when a paddling group went past a fish plant.
I would add Aspirin (ASA) as it helps with heart issues. We had a heart attack on one of our club trips and it was nor who you would expect to have problems.
Cake Mate is in my kit for diabetic issues. You put that under the tongue of someone having an insulin reaction and you give them the sugar they need without drowning or choking them.
Much of the stuff on this list I carry in other compartments so they don't turn up in the first aid kit.
Here in Newfoundland for example Sun Screen is left with the rosary beads. (Poor summer) Survival gear and the first aid kit are separate for us and we need both.
