I recently went on a kayaking camping trip after reading Anne's article about using rice. I soon found just how wonderful rice can be. It was easy to pack, and with some experimentation, even I was able to cook up meals that had me digging in for seconds. Recipies were easy to come by, and clean up was always a snap. Thanks Pnet for the informative articles.
